The brief:

 

The team at C'est Design was tasked with conceptualizing Asset Five Development's "most lavish" Super Luxury residence. The house offers enduring luxury that is accessible to people of all ages.

Our creative solution:

 

Combining Cinq, which signifies five in French, and Royal, which implies familial succession in the pattern of the Panchasap family's Asset Five. Cinq Royal is emblematic of the transmission of success from generation to generation.

The brand identity, which resembles a crown and the base of a crystal glass, was motivated by the idea of a family gathering to commemorate a successful endeavor. This was the primary selling point of the home.
